My Love! This is all I am

Please pray for the brother of a friend who passed away this morning, and for his family/friends.

I’ve been thinking about how at the final judgment all hidden things will become known, down to the details of our lives and secret thoughts, and how the past is the past and all the sin in it is a conviction, a death sentence. And then all of a sudden I remembered that part of the final judgment is we will see how all roads lead to God’s justice and mercy, that he works all things to his will and his will is for our good. He allows us our freedom and our freedom allows for evil but in the end all that will remain is him. And every sin we bring to the confessional is a sin we cannot be accused of at our judgment. The past can’t be changed but it can be redeemed in h God’s love and it has been and it is being.

Pray for my dad. He was taken to the hospital over concerns for his heart.

He had a NSETMI heart attack so they kept in for a day or two to do a heart catheter on him. He's out of the hospital now.

All I’m gonna say about this (for right now, at least) but I, for one, love holding such Traditional Catholic beliefs such as *checks notes* remaining faithful to Rome and practicing obedience to the Pope

Hey friends, I may have asked for this before but I will ask again. Prayers for a dear, dear friend of mine, for whom I care very deeply, and from whom I have not heard in upwards of half a year despite reaching out numerous times. He lives some distance away from me, and since I met him at a summer camp, our families don’t know each other, so I can’t just drive over to his house or ask the family how he is. I may send him a letter soon, as a more physical and direct way of trying to contact him, because as I said, he hasn’t answered any of my calls or texts in over half a year. It’s not like him not to eventually respond to messages, or to not communicate if I somehow hurt his feelings or offended him, and I have a quiet terror that something might have happened to him, that of course I would have no way of knowing of due to the aforementioned distance and family unfamiliarity.
