Greetings from the Margins

Hi! I'm Margin, this is my little corner of the internet, and here's all the major things you might need to know about me:

I'm Roman Catholic; if you're interested in knowing exactly what that entails, you're always welcome to ask me and I will do my best to answer graciously. I'm also unapologetically Pro-Life, which means I have an unwavering commitment to uphold and respect the dignity of every human person (including you!), and again, if you have any questions about this, feel free to ask me.

Apart from my faith, I mostly post about Star Wars, Middle-Earth, and The Legend of Zelda. I am, incidentally, the local authority on ARC Corporal Fives, a militant campaigner for the Frodo Defense Brigade, and the President of the Fannie Pentarra Fanclub.

I love to make art and occasionally dabble in writing, both fandom-related and in Catholic sacred art. I also mess around as a poet, and mostly write Catholic poetry, which you can find on a sideblog that I'll link below.

My AUs:

#hfsw: High Fantasy Star Wars. My beloved personal project. My actual baby. Everything plot-wise is the same, but Star Wars is fantasy instead of science fiction.

#bleed au: You Bleed Just to Know You're Alive-- My primary Star Wars AU. Commander Fox and Senator Riyo Chuchi, and friends, find themselves in the center of an elaborate plot to save the Coruscant Guard, and perhaps even the entire Galaxy.

#the ties that bind: The Ties That Bind, an AU of an AU (WDAP). If WDAP is 'I Can Fix Him (Star Wars)', TTTB is 'I Can Make Him (Star Wars) Worse'. Palpatine discovers the plot against him and uses it as an excuse to crack down martial law on the entire Galaxy; meanwhile, Clone Force Ninety-Nine must pick up the ruins of the conspiracy and try to find some way to salvage peace. I don't work on this one nearly as much as I do the other two, but if you ever have questions, I'd love to talk about it!

#A Protostar in Plastoid: Not technically my AU; this one belongs to May and is quite excellent and you should check it out, but as its backstory is canonical to HFSW (and as I have done several art and writing pieces for it myself) I thought I should include it here. Several years before the outbreak of the Clone Wars, a young Clone Force Ninety-Nine discovers an abandoned tubie and decide to raise her as their own…

#ARC daughter: A collab with May, and yet another sub-AU. The plot of APIP, except that before CF99 can rescue Omega, a certain young reg (and his twin brother) happens to find her first.
