I'm just editing my earlier reblog, because I had to go and look this thing up (I reblogged earlier in haste, not wanting to lose the post). And here's the explanatory blurb about it:

It seems the Science Museum group holds quite a few examples of urinals and bourdalous, and I can certainly see why on a long journey they'd be a godsend. Most of them, though, are just flask or boat-shaped receptacles for the wee. However, penis-shaped she-wees were obviously 'a thing', since the Group has another ceramic one in its collection which not only has balls (albeit less stanced than the balls on the she-wee above), but a happy little face front and back with pubey hair and beard - though sadly, there's no info about where or when it was made:
