Ingredients: 2 kohlrabi bulbs, peeled and thinly sliced. 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and sliced. 2 oranges, peeled and segmented. 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented. 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves. 1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Slice the kohlrabi and put it in a large bowl. Then add the avocado slices, citrus segments, and red onion slices. Toss the salad ingredients together slowly.
