email has been blowing up w someone trying to break into my abandoned instagram that has no posts, one friend, & whose bio links to one of my oldest, long unused usernames on a quiz site whose social aspect is now completely defunct

#i made it cause people sent me posts i couldn't see & i used it a grand total of maybe twice ever #i get it poses a greater security risk wrt everything connected to that email but that's an easy enough fix
