Can we talk about how they took Crosshair straight to Pabu? They hadn't even decided consciously to trust him yet and they took him to their home, no hesitation. Why wouldn't they? Home means family and Crosshair is family. Of course he belongs on Pabu with them. They say they don't trust him but they trust him with that.

They trust him not to turn them in to the Empire. They don't trust that he won't leave them again or hurt them emotionally. And it's not even entirely him they don't trust in that regard - they don't trust themselves. How did they not see it coming before? What did they do that made him leave? How many signs did they miss? How can they be sure it won't happen again when they still don't understand why it happened in the first place?
