#wrong answer

I’m still so mad that my only other co worker for the state called me on MY day off—where I told her I would be doing something fun to relax after the stress of trying to plan the event we rescheduled— to tell me that she is taking another 4 days off when she has not worked a full week in I don’t know how long. Like genuinely I’m not sure this job is for her at this point, like I know hers is much more emotionally intense than mine but she is constantly fucking me over and it just seemed so inconsiderate to tell me on MY day off rather than on hers. Like every single time she has talked about how she’s been struggling and having a hard time which I completely understand as someone who has worked with people with severe trauma. But we literally just rescheduled our only fundraising event where our goal is $12k and we haven’t even confirmed a venue. Like I’m very much about taking time off when you need it and we have really generous benefits so we have a lot of time (and 80 hours of it roll over) but because she continues to take time off and then has literally told me she is actively avoiding meetings about the fundraiser, we have so much to do for this event and she is just leaving me high and dry I feel like a crazy person
