in other words: how to boost your self concept to get your manifestations!
⚠️ DISCLAIMER: you don’t have to DO anything but simply deciding you have your desire in order to manifest! this is just a fun post for those who want to boost their self concept! and yes i wanted an excuse to do a katseye layout sue me!!!!
so, you want to improve your self concept? i can teach you, but i’ll have to charge! (haha get it)
whenever i’m feeling “stuck” or that i’m not really going anywhere, self concept is one of my favorite ways to help me manifest. typically, i don’t need self concept anyway, but i find reminding myself that i DO have that power to get whatever i want really helpful!!
here are some of my favorite ways to improve self concept!!
i. assuming
I mean . it’s law of assumption, duh, of course assuming is gonna be the number one thing here on this list! this one is a more practical approach for those who like robotic affirmations; simply just affirm and assume to yourself (either once or as many times as you want) that you are your dream self. you have the perfect self concept, that things go easy for you, etc etc!
ii. subliminals
definitely my go-to when it comes to boosting my self concept. i always play my self concept playlist as i get myself ready for the day; it just helps set that mood, you know? there are so many good subliminals on youtube! i recommend sub makers like kottie, iwiigi, wrqth, slade, etc!
iii. vaunting
this one is my second go-to!! i like to vaunt a lot when listening to my playlist/right after waking up (with my affirmation of what i’m manifesting atm)! this is like robotic affirmations but for those who hate repetition. it’s basically just having an inner conversation with yourself about how perfect your self concept is, or how fast you manifest/shift, basically anything you want really!!
iv. reminders
this is good for those who forget to affirm (like me). you can put reminders in the app of your device OR if you’d like a more physical approach, you can get a sticky note and write down an affirmation on it. stick it anywhere you usually walk past or somewhere you’d see it easily to remember! this also helps ground the idea easier that this is something that is already yours, because you are used to seeing it constantly.
v. creating playlists
my top fave. if you’re not big on subliminals, just make a playlist with cunty songs and vibe with it, i guarantee you it’ll give you the same results. i’ve got a playlist of my own with these type of songs and trust it does uplift your vibe and self concept sooo well!! (just like magic by ari is also perfect for manifestation)
vi. reading posts
if you like to go on tumblr and reread posts that have stuck with you, this definitely will work for you! i like to go back every now and then to remind myself (and also because the posts are REALLY good)!! here are some of my faves i’d recommend -> 1 2 3 4
do whichever one of these suits you best! do one, or multiple, or combine them!! have fun with it, manifestation is meant be fun, not a chore :]
