You don't even "deal" with what you see in the 3d to wake up in the morning even if you have absolutely no proof or guarantee that you could wake up the next morning. You just assume you do. THEREFORE YOU DO!!
꒰୨୧◞ 。 𝓛ike genuinely you could be walking around in this physical 3d world right now assuming like you have decades of your life ahead of you and you don't care. You don't care what's being shown in the 3d to the point where you don't even think about it. How many choices have you had that is so ignorant towards your physical health, but you don't care because you just assume you'll still wake up the next morning? Drinking coca cola, getting a scraped knee, slipping on something and falling.
꒰୨୧◞ 。 𝓨ou don't care, even if the 3d would give you a stomach ache or make your pain receptors act up because you still assume that you're going to wake up the next morning with the sun still rising. And that's the point.
꒰୨୧◞ 。𝓓o you know what the definition of assumption is? It is thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof. You don't have evidence that you're going to wake up the next morning, the 3d does not show you that. But if I were to ask you about it, I would just sound dumb or overly anxious and paranoid to you because.. Ofc you're going to wake up the next morning! You just are!!
꒰୨୧◞ 。 𝓨ou have a whole body with a whole immune system that's been keeping you alive your whole life, it wouldn't fail you now. You don't have evidence of it in the 3d, but you have common sense to be confident in that persistence. And you're right. BECAUSE YOU STILL WAKE UP THE NEXT MORNING.

the ''most solid'' void state advice i can give.
it's the perception.
Guys void state is easy. Most people do it accidentally. Just don't obsess over it and see it as something "minor" cause it is. Don't overcomplicate it for yourself. It's basically just focusing on your breathing and affirming that you're in a void, physically nowhere and everywhere at the same time, rejecting the physicality. Affirming that you're pure awareness (cause yeah that's absolute truth) Focus on your breath, while you're slightly drowsy, think of the things you desire (you might use a manifestation list it's a good "method") you'll get into the mediative state in no time. And then the void will follow it. It's the purest form of consciousness. You can always manifest anything and everything without using the void too. You don't have to be desperate. It's super easy I promise lol. (So is shifting, cause once you're in void shifting will occur with just a millisecond of your affirmation).
I beg you to quit perceiving The void state or manifesting, or shifting as "the big thing". They're not the purpose they're the tool. You don't need to be obsessed, desperate, fixated on it. The only reason that you "can't " get into the void state is cause you don't let yourself BE. you're making it harder for yourself. It's literally just perceiving it as something simple, the way it is, IS SIMPLE. it's a natural thing. Let it happen. Let it go.
I think this is the "most solid" advice I can give to y'all. The way void state, shifting, manifesting happens as naturally and effortlessly as the every night dreams happen. Try to see it that way.

𖤐✮⋆˙♱ HOW TO ASSUME INSTANTLY ♱˙⋆✮ ✮𖤐
You assume it on knowing that it has already happened. There is no “how” because it is not an effort, it is a natural state. You simply know that you already have it. In the same way that you know your name without having to constantly reaffirm it, you know that you already have everything you want.
If you feel yourself questioning or doubting, go back to the feeling of already being the person who has it. Ask yourself: If I already had it all right now, how would I feel? How would I think? What would I do? And just embody that version of you.
Just affirm it, feel it and don't contradict it. And if you have to do something contrary or think something contrary, >know< in the exactly same way that it doesn't change anything. Accept that It's simple and easy.
STOP "HOPING" FOR YOUR ASSUMPTIONS!
Your world is nothing but your assumptions in disguise.
Every detail you notice outside of you is only a mirror of what you already decided within.
This is why “hoping” and “expecting” keep you stuck.
This is why hoping feels ENDLESS: When you hope, you push your desire away, holding it in the distance. When you expect, you keep waiting for proof, which means you keep living in the absence of it.
But assumption is different. Assumption is a DECISION.
It’s the inner moment where you say: this is mine, this is me, this is true. And the second you decide that, it already exists within you, which means it already exists in your world.
Focus on having it, not seeing it.
the 3D is the afterimage, not the source. It is the echo of who you’ve already assumed yourself to be.
When you change within, the mirror bends.
Think of it like tracking a package you’ve already ordered. When the confirmation email says “your order is placed,” you don’t panic every hour wondering if it’s real or if it's really going to arrive. You know it’s already yours even before the box shows up at your door.
Your imagination is NOT a fantasy, it is the seedbed of your reality.
The picture in your mind is more real than the empty space outside of you. That empty space is only residue, an echo of an old story you no longer tell.
That’s how assumptions work. Once you’ve decided, it’s done. And soon, the outer world has no choice but to deliver.

But what I did most was persist. Don't roll your eyes at me. That was it. I didn't burn sage or do ancient ritualistic dances around a fire. I didn't sign a shady spiritual contract. I didn't toss a coin in the Trevi fountain and hope for the best.
So don't you dare read this till the end and still scroll. Don't you dare read another success story. Don't you dare, and I mean this one the most, still search for the 'perfect' method or tip.
Go get the life you always wanted, and realize that you always had it.
SLEEP PARALYSIS CHALLENGE
disclaimer: if you fall into sleep paralysis, this does not mean that you will definitely see something terrible. there are no sleep paralysis demons. they are just a fragment of your mind since you are half awake and asleep. to get out of sleep paralysis, stay calm, focus on deep breathing, and try small movements like wiggling your fingers or toes to regain control
WHAT IS SLEEP PARALYSIS
sleep paralysis is a natural condition that occurs during REM sleep. during this time, the body is temporarily paralyzed to prevent a physical reaction to dreams, while your mind remains awake. “mind awake , body asleep”. this is one of the easiest methods for shifting/void/manifestation. you have full access to your subconscious in this state, so whatever we affirm can instantly come true
SYMPTOMS OF SLEEP PARALYSIS
— unable to move — pressure on chest — sinking sensation into the mattress — difficulty breathing — strong vibrations
TWICE A DAY
before going to bed and after waking up at night, you will need to induce sleep paralysis. this is not up for discussion. you can't turn over on your side and put it off until the morning or night. you must start this very night
HOW TO INDUCE SLEEP PARALYSIS
under the #sleep paralysis tag, you'll find a variety of methods for inducing sleep paralysis. below, i'll share the methods i use myself
BEFORE BED
— lie on your back one and a half to two hours before your usual bedtime — take a couple of minutes to get into a comfortable position and relax — set the intention to induce sleep paralysis. command your subconscious to prevent your mind from falling asleep or your body from moving — don't move. It's okay if you move accidentally. you can swallow! i'm serious — don't forget to relax. just because you're lying still doesn't mean your muscles aren't tense. take a couple of deep breaths. start visualizing your desired reality or life. do whatever you want, just relax — you'll soon feel a strong urge to move or roll over. this is a roll-over signal. ignore it. don't dare move. you will regret it if you give in to the temptation to move. how to overcome the roll-over signal — ta-da! sleep paralysis!
WAKE BACK TO BED TECHNIQUE (WBTB)
— set an alarm for 4-6 hours — stay awake for 30 minutes or more. you should be alert enough to not fall asleep, but still feel slightly drowsy — lie back in bed, don't move, and relax. basically, do everything I mentioned in the “before bed” method — wait for the roll-over signal and ignore it!

SHIFTING | VOID | MANIFESTATION

HOW TO ENTER THE VOID FROM SLEEP PARALYSIS
— keep your eyes closed — focus on the intention of “now” to enter your void state: imagine floating without a body in total darkness, and confidently affirm (in your mind) that you’re already there — repeat: “i am now in the Void”, “i can enter the void now”
HOW TO SHIFT REALITIES FROM SLEEP PARALYSIS
— keep your eyes closed — acknowledge your intention to be in your DR. Focus on the colors and shapes that appear behind your eyelids, then: — affirm firmly: “i am now in [dr's name]” — or, visualize yourself physically present in your dr and using your senses (e.g., imagine waking up in your dr and trying to feel the sheets, etc.).
HOW TO MANIFEST WITH SLEEP PARALYSIS
— you can just affirm your desires. for example, “i’m healthy”, “i’m rich”, “i have manifested xyz” — or you can use general affirmations: “i manifest my desires instantly”, “i am in the goddess-state permanently” — repeat affirmations over and over again — or you just visualize desires using your senses

— if you don't have the opportunity to set an alarm, then give your subconscious a command to wake you up in a few hours. you can also try drinking a lot of water before bed, because after a while you will wake up wanting to go to the bathroom. but personally, i just fall asleep without a blanket, knowing that i will wake up from the cold — if you want to get out of sleep paralysis, keep calm, focus on deep breathing, and try small movements like wiggling your fingers or toes to regain control of your body — try moving your eyes up, down, left, and right in all directions to simulate rapid eye movement (REM) when inducing sleep paralysis — once you feel the symptoms kicking in, do not passively try to interact or try to manipulate sleep paralysis — don't immediately start to affirm. calm down and let sleep paralysis take over — if you are someone who sleeps too fast even after turning off the alarm, place your phone across the room and wake up to switch it off — if it is hard for you to stay aware, repeat a mantra “mind awake, body asleep”, to fasten the process

The law with a gentler approach.
Approach the law with a gentle mindset. I know how frustrating it feels at times even though it's supposed be quite the contrary. It took me a while to realize that it is actually super chill, trust me I know.
First of all, remember that there's only you. You don't have a nemesis, no rival, no enemy, no opposition, literally no one is against you. There is no one out there that can stop your inner doings from materializing. How can you lose a one person game? You can't, unless you stand in your own way. Only you can do any sort of damage and again that damage is reversible because there is only you. You truly are the highest in your inner world.
Next, the outer world is NOT something that should frustrate you as much as it does. It is lifeless, it follows you and your inner doings. It isn't some sort of evil and picky entity that just doesn't listen to you and does what it wants.
Some of you describe it like this mean mirror that reflects selectively when you say things like 'I only ever manage to get my small manifestations. I hate the 3D yada yada yada.' You act like the 3D teases you with scraps never really giving you the whole thing but ma'am, the thing you're blaming and whining about is literally dead and showing you what you've been doing in your inner world.
Notice how everytime Neville has ever spoken about the 3D, he says things like “The world is yourself pushed out.” “The world is a mirror.” “The world is a shadow.” etc? Don't just listen but accept these facts, it truly isn't something you should fear or despise for it is a reflection of your own inner being. It is a gift even. You get to experience your imaginal acts in your human form.
Don't hate it, don't fear from it, don't depend upon it for fulfillment, instead see it as it is. A mirror.
Moving on, realize that you aren't attracting anything. You're not chasing after anything because life is not happening to you but through you. It's all happening from inside you. Infact you're not even creating anything either. Every is already pre-made for you because creation is finished.
I know all this is easier said than done but you don't have to suffer through it if you don't want to. With practice I've realized that I used to spend so much time feeling anxiety for no reason. It doesn't have to be that way.
Because the law brings the accountability back to you and gives you all the power, you start to become restless and under pressure thinking that you have to bring things into being. Sure, but your part ends with feeling it real and persisting. The rest is taken care of. Just do your part well and relax. And remember, even your part is not supposed to be stressful and full of effort. The opposite actually.
