#VerticalMile (+1600m #dislivello @ %20) and finally making my weekly quota after 2 months of dragging ass and gaining weight. I love my #treadmill! I love the #mountainTrails and #runs , but it is nice to get my grind work done quick, at home, at any hour, and not having to prepare for an expedition every time I leave the house! I'll do my #AerobicBase work at home, and save #adventuring for my long #run days! (at Lusiana)

#StairNinja vertical mile training. Never left the stairwell for the entire workout. Throat got really dry. Good training I say 💪💪 I can't wait for the #fightforairclimb in #louisville next Feb. I'm going to test out a 2 hour up&down climb soon. Great morning workout yesterday. I didn't go to fast on the first 2 sets then the 3rd set I wanted to see what I had left. 6m26sec up and then I climbed down in 5m26sec. Climbing down doesn't seem to drain you except you feel it when you immediately turn around to climb back up to 40.
