Last night at the @korkomplex I threw my very first spear throw. After a few attempts I was able to hit the target. Thanks @ocr_jason for helping me out. This is in preperation for the #spartanstadium race at Busch on August 11th. Great Spartan workout today on the Arch grand staircase with my teammate @sallyquinncosplay 1180 total steps climbed - 210 burpees completed in a little over 29min. Sun was out finally out and it felt great! For the first time in over 3 years the #StairNinja was able to step foot on the grass beneath the Arch. The cooling grass was nice after 30 sets up/down the grand arch staircase. Did 5 plus burpee jumps over the ballards at the base of the steps after every 5 reps up/down the steps. Did a some hill repeats on the treadmill today at 4mph for 35min. Felt great! Heart rate never went above 142.
