Nothing really worth having comes quickly and easily. This week was not on for the book. Most workouts were a struggle and I barely hit my numbers, but I pushed trough. This week was hard in many ways. But one week of not so great training, eating, sleeping, ... doesn’t define you, just like one great week doesn’t make you the next champion. Consistency is key and mental strength, determination and perseverance is what really matters. . . . It’s easy to look at social media and think that everybody is having a great time getting all their workout done or that it’s easy for them, but remember that we have a tendency to only post the good stuff.
