Yeah, I broke my wrist (well technically my arm, near my wrist) back in 7th grade and went to the ER. Not to mention that my doctor’s office is physically located inside the hospital.
38. What’s the longest you’ve ever gone without sleep?
Either 2 or 3 days, I can’t really remember. It was right before Tech Week back in the fall, so the effects really hit me hard. I’m usually the kind of person who makes sure to get a lot of sleep though.

It’s a Jewish custom to name a child after a deceased family member, so I’m named after my great-grandmother Sadie. She was originally named Sarah, like me, but changed her name because Sarah was old-fashioned at the time and Sadie was in style.

So freaking thankful
Looking back through all the messages I've ever received and I'm realizing something from these one-sided conversations I have saved ...
I've met amazing wonderful people here on Tumblr that have helped me in minuscule, amazing, ripple-affect ways or who I have just had a lot of fun with. And, that because I'm not on here often I don't talk to them anymore. And I'm so sorry that I've let amazing people slip out of my life when I owe quite a bit to them.

Also a shout-out to the people both in my tumblr-life and real-life (but that's a silly thing to call it because tumblr is part of that?) that put up with me years ago, even one year ago because I was so different; I was less, broken-down, and had given up on being happy. You put up with me being moody and sad and let me rant and cry at you and perhaps call you a horrible friend and yet ... you were still there for me. And I can never thank you enough even if we may not talk at all now in life.
I am such a different person now, in this moment, on the couch that I am sitting on than I was 5 years ago, 1 year ago, 7 months ago, 2 weeks ago. And each person I've listed and many more who may have even just shared a single message with me have changed my life, my view on things, my personality, my openness, my ability to love ...
I really hope I've impacted someone (or that I will) as much as you people have impacted me.
