TLDR; I coined my own gender, the pic is the flag.
I have coined my own gender: Partirigender
Partirigender, exclusive to the context of DID/OSDD systems, can represent a dynamic experience of gender where the perception of gender shifts based on the gender(s) and presence of different alters.
I used partiri- derived from Latin, meaning to divide up/share/distribute, to showcase that the gender is divided up between people.
I consider it to be an offshoot of the term fracturegender, which was coined in 2019 by Tumblr User: @systemic-chaos
including flag design, this new term offers an understanding of gender identity in systems that focuses on fluidity and integration, rather than disconnection or fragmentation.
It encourages an exploration of identity that honors both individuality and the collective experience, without tying pain and anger to our collective experience of gender.
- **Teal** signifies trauma awareness, highlighting the impact of past experiences on identity.
- **Off-white** indicates a fluidity or absence of a static gender, reflecting the complexity of how gender is experienced in the system. [Borrowed from the fracturegender flag]
- **Purple** embodies the blending or co-fronting of people with different genders, representing a mixture of gender. [Borrowed from the fracturegender flag]
-**Split Teal Lines** indicates the division between identity states, be it due to amnesia, or just that they're different people. [Split lines concept from the fracturegender flag]
-** Interlocking Rings** are a symbol used for dissociative identity disorder and has been in use since 2011 (from what I could gather)
