She was born on mid-2025 in Pentagram City
Both Vox and Cherri had drunk intimate moments while drunk, so when Cherri found out she was pregnant, she was a bit annoyed. She couldn't terminate her pregnancy because she realized it too late.
She considered adoption back then. But as the pregnancy advances (feeling kicks, seeing ultrasounds, bonding hormonally), maternal instincts intensified and she changed her mind. But it's also thanks to her friends who supported her whatever decision she was making.
Angel, who came back in the Hotel a few months before, advised Cherri not to do illicit substances or to drink alcohol while pregnant so the baby would stay healthy. It annoyed Cherri a bit, but she listened.
When Blossom was born, her mom was a bit disappointed to see that her newborn was looking like her dad, but she already saw her as "perfect".
Vox found out about the birth and decided (with Cherri's permission) to see his baby. He saw Blossom as the "cutest thing in the world". At that time, Valentino (who broke up with Vox who distanced himself from the Vees after his defeat in season 2) and Charlie, who were together for a few months, were expecting Vallie a month later in mid-2025.
However Vox and Val couldn't stay long, as Vox (now a CEO again) has a lot of work and Valentino didn't want any risk for his family (Vallie was 2 weeks old when Val couldn't stay).
With an absent father and a mom who is a bad example, Blossom grew up in an excentric household.
Blossom has an Australian-American accent (since her mom is Australian and since her dad was American (Russian-Korean-American in my hcs) when they were alive). On top of that, she mixes American vocabulary with Australian vocabulary in her sentences.
She has more powers and skillsets from her dad than from her mom (who has none). From Vox (and partly from her mom), she has:
Immortality (As a Sinner (even if she was born in Hell), Blossom is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, thus cannot die of old age and other natural causes. She also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, she can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry, like her parents.)
Demon transformation (Like many other demons, Blossom is able to transform into a much more powerful demonic form.)
Electrokinesis (Blossom possesses the ability to generate and control electricity. Depending on her emotions, such as if she's angered, she can potentially make it so that a Hell-wide blackout happens.)
Electrokinetic transformation (She can turn into electricity, which she can use to move around or enter and travel through electronic devices such as security cameras, watches and television monitors that he can control as he pleases. Though there are a few flaws to her electrical teleportation: the place Blossom wants to go has to have some form of modern technology she could go through (such as a CCTV camera), as she apparently can't teleport through a vintage radio. She uses this as her main fighting style, transforming into electricity and then striking at her opponents with frightening speed and destructive power (aside from bombs))
Technokinesis (Blossom can control devices whether she is outside or inside them. She can do things while inside devices such as changing her outfit and scenery.)
Spark generation (she can create electrical sparks from her fingertips, which can be used to ignite something. She can even generate sparks on her body, especially when she is angry.)
Flight (she can utilize her electricity as thrusters from her hands and feet, letting her fly and hover.)
Ologramakinesis (Blossom is able to create, shape, and control three-dimensional images and screens that can take any form, from simple static projections to fully interactive, moving figures.)
Lightning creation (she can create several plasma bolts.)
Technological head (her television head doubles as an electronic device with which she can plug himself into other devices with the help of cables in her surveillance room. She also somehow is able to change or upgrade her head, as shown, he has a photograph of himself with an older-style television head. If she's particularly angry, she and any devices she's linked to will involuntarily glitch.)
Bioluminescence (she generates blue light from his screen, most notably when she is in a dark room. Her light yellow teeth noticeably shine brighter than the rest of her face, and her left eye outline and pupils can shine on their own when feeling sinister. Claws (that are strong enough to tear through metal)
Deal-making (like all Overlords, Blossom is capable making deals with others, which can be used in order to collect their souls.)

But Blossom also has a few skills/"powers" from her mom, like:
Blossom likes/loves sharks, spending time with Vallie and Leon Trench (his boyfriend), attention, turf wars, video, latest trends and new technology, seeing Alastor die or fail in front of Rosie and Alastor's daughter Azalea, explosive, partying, fighting, Sir Pentious, hanging out with Dexter (Baxter and Niffty's son) and Meadow (Moxxie and Millie's son), Angel Dust, her mom, cats, arcade games, the idea of teaming up with Alastor, humiliating Mark Trench for what he did, s3x, power and authority (depending on the situation), the Hazbin Hotel's image in good condition for Vallie's sake, humiliating Mark, her half-sister Penelope, coffee, smoothies, milkshakes, violence, the 90-2000s, Niffty and Dexter's homicidal behaviors, shipping Vallie's parents together and making out with Leon.
However, Blossom dislikes/hates Mark Trench (her ex and Katie and Tom's first son) and his advances, being ignored and/or humiliated, very old radios and technologies, Vallie's tantrums, seeing Vallie sad, Vallie and Charlie being sentimental, the Vees' reputation being jeopardized, having to calm Vallie, not having control, being forced to manipulate others, Mark bullying his brother Leon, communism, Roo, Andrealphus, her friends being in danger, being viewed as weak, things not going her way, being bored, her friends being mistreated, her mom doing illicit substances, Mallow (her shark pet) eating her makeup sticks, philosophy class, her friends being in danger, homophobia and transphobia and the idea of her dad being with Vallie's dad before, unlike Vallie herself (and me).
Blossom is a sadistic and reckless girl. She's like that sort of rebellious friend who has a bad influence on you. Like Vox, she is charming, manipulative, (a bit) controlling and impulsive. She can get extremely angry when someone makes the worst mistake she ever saw. One day, Blossom killed Roo's son (I won't tell you in details) because he did horrible things to Dexter and Vallie. Yet she is friendly, charismatic and fun-loving but also daring and wild, like her mom.
She is also a strict boss, yet a good friend; when she and Azzy were in high school, while she mocked Azalea for losing in checkmates against Reese (Loona and Collin's son), she encouraged her to use violence against Reese's team during Pentagram High School's ice hockey tournament.
Blossom is also very loyal to those around her; she even saved the Hotel from Roo with her other teammates and won the "the one who sleeps with my boyfriend is dead" bet she concluded with Vallie (who hangs out with Dexter).

Blossom was 17 in the second part of my Moth Princess AU; she's currently 19, since the story took place in 2042 but now takes place in 2044.
Blossom was born with three eyes, since Cherri Bomb has a single eye and Vox has two eyes
If Blossom was a human, she would have long black hair, a pair of long-lashed green and brown eyes, a tiny nose, and modern punk clothing. She would even be born in San Francisco.
It's true that Blossom never met her dad until age 17, but she didn't care about that. As long as Pentious, Cherri and Penny were here...
Blossom has her half-sister Penelope (born a yaer after her, in November 11 2026) and a shark pet named Mallow.
