Radiojoy random song 4 part 1
Whatcha say
One kiss descendants
When I see him tonight
Looking through your eyes quest for Camelot
We are one lion king 2
I'm a mess
Ben sings a song
As long as you love me
Radiojoy as a combination of Kayley x Garrett and Pocahontas x John
C- Kayley x Garett
S- Pocahontas x John
Emily as Kayley and Pocahontas
Alastor as Garett and John
I just learned of Rougarou and in line with the pet play thing, I am 100% having Alastor call Emily 'Rougarou' at some point omfg it's so good.
copying his smile :D

sleepy time <3
I think, in my conceptualisation of them, Alastor views Emily as a more peer-level version of Niffty. Like Niffty is obsessed with “bad boys” and she doesn’t necessarily reflect on it, she just likes it. But Emily is deeply invested in trying to understand what makes sinners tick in order to help them… she loves bad boys, too.
And Emily has angelic power, so if she wanted to, she could be so dangerous. For Alastor, he’s thinking, with a little push, the angel can be like an “evolved” version of Niffty, and seriously give the world Hell. And even taking a RadioApple lens, it’s like, if she plays her cards right, she can be a seraph in Hell, doing demonic things without falling. She can keep her power in full, unlike Lucifer.
And of course, to be done correctly, it must be done oneself; Alastor wants her to hand over her cards so he can play them. How kind… 😁
Not a reccomendation request but I just need you to know I love this blog. It makes my day everytime I check and see that you have a new post!! Do you have any fics you're reading/keeping up with right now? (✿◠ᴗ◠)⊹ ࣪ ˖
Oh, thank you so much! <3
I have *such* a backlog of asks, I swear I wanna get to them all, but I only want to write posts for them if I know I've got some good, at-least-partially-unique fics in mind for them, lol, so some are slow in answering. :P (This is not in answer to this particular ask, more just me covering my ass with regards to "why I'm answering this question same-day while others have been sitting in my inbox seemingly gathering dust")
My subscription list is through the roof, and many of the fics on there haven't been updated in years so it's less of a "keeping up with" thing and more of a "when will MCR return from the war" thing. But there are a few particularly actively-updating fics that I don't think I've talked about here before! (Just gonna go into my AO3 emails and see what among my subscriptions has updated recently, lol)
Blasphemous and Biblically Accurate by R_Black (Rated M, 53k, RadioJoy, CW: gore) is a gorgeous Alastor/Emily fic that features a visceral "non-traditional mpreg" situation (one which did NOT arise from sexual contact), resulting in the cutest, most chaotic baby and resultant political tension!
Lucifer's Unofficial Guide for the Care and Keeping of Radio Demons by AlligatorEyes (Rated M, 56k series, RadioApple) is a very sweet/snark-filled/soft series in which Lucifer tries to get the prickly Radio Demon to actually take care of himself
Horror Vacui by SolCaeruleus (Rated M, 166k words, no ships, CW: visceral depictions of physical and mental unhealth) ...actually I might've mentioned this one before. Hm. But anyway, this author does a brilliant job of portraying pain in a real and honest way, and this story of Alastor adjusting to life with an amputated arm is no exception!
Are You Listening? by romanaxe (Rated E, 30k words, RadioApple) is on the polar opposite end of the spectrum; it's an erotic meetcute human AU in which Alastor is a barista with a side gig producing steamy audio erotica, and Lucifer is an overworked patron of the coffee place he works at, and coincidentally also his biggest supporter...though neither of them is aware of this.
Guttertown by NarrativeNonsense (rated E, 18k words, CW: mentions of noncon) is an original fiction by one of my favorite Hazbin fanfic writers, set in a very Hazbin-feeling town, and it's SUCH a treat for fans of the show to dip their toes into a similarly-vibed story! It features Louis Sinclair, the black sheep of his upper-crust family who's been sent on a fool's journey on the streets of the title setting, and Lara, a sharp-witted, sharper-bladed woman of said streets, who can't quite understand what the hell she's looking at when she sees this utterly clueless wealthy buffoon fumbling through her world, but knows an opportunity when she spots one. It's shaping up to be a gorgeous story, and I am HERE for it!
Ticking Time Bomb by Drawn_and_Quoted (Rated M, 54k words, RadioApple) starts out seeming like it will be One Particular Mood, and then...well, the vibe shifts, and it winds up covering the whole emotional range just about! The author calls it an "angst-fest", which is definitely how it starts out (it earns its Major Character Death tag within the first 1500 words, I checked), but then...well. Things change. :P
