chronic illness is like playing classic Tetris but you canât see where youâre putting your pieces and sometimes pieces are dropped for you in random places
so you can eventually get a general idea of where stuff is and try to line things up (aka symptom management) but sometimes just random stuff comes in and destroys all your hard work and you canât even see what went wrong to fix it.
you just throw pieces blindly at it hoping it makes a difference because theyâre gonna drop with or without you and it better to feel like you tried then to give up and let it hit the top
