The world seemed so silent as Alastor strolled through the streets of Pentagram city despite the endless noise of Sinners and TV screens in the background.
That familiar voice droning in the background with advertisements and useless drivel.
But he paid no mind as honeyed words and a spiralling eye ensnared viewers while he made his way to the tailor.
Annoyance slowly clawed its way into his mind. His attention had slipped.
That serpent had managed to ruin his suit.
Though the fight was entertaining as it was pathetic, that little serpent was still able to catch him off guard to take something that measly.
He couldn't puzzle out what might've made him do such an annoyingly tiny mistake. But it won't happen again.
When he finally enters the tailor, he greets the familiar old lady at the counter working away on another's suit. He ignores its blue tint.
Even after all of the years he was gone, the old lady still knew his measurements by heart and quickly went to the back to get his new suit.
(Apparently, she had a few in store when she waiting for him to return after his little... battle)
A little belle with pure black eyes blinked at him as he waited, before she shined her sharp white teeth. Giggling for a moment before dashing away to the outside.
Typically a rather unruly sorts but it was obvious the little belle was from Cannibal Town. Perhaps he should pay Rosie a visit later on, he has missed her smile and their juicy gossip.
