I have a very strict line about not engaging in selective outrage but everything else is relative.
While this is my fandom space, aspects of intersectionality will always matter to me. Being able to have important and serious conversations about racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism, or whatever else might need addressed is required for the space to be ever be safe. I refuse to treat these topics as if they are taboo in the fandom space.
Helluverse is pumping blood through my veins, and I like pretty much everything about both shows. I like requests because my purpose is to draw more and improve.

Hazbin hotel season 3 opens on Angeldust crying into his hands. The rest of the season is just Angeldust doing nice and fun things that he likes with no drama. Hot take Alastor doesn't hate anyone ever actually.
Ok sure he gets made at people momentarily but that's not the same as a persistent hate. So if a wild animal does something wrong like say hurt someone do you hate that animal? Porbaly not because while you might be upset it did that you understand that it was simply running on instinct. This is fundamental how Alastor sees people.
He doesn't think people can change. He thinks there set and the best one can hope for is curving the worst of someone's behavior situationally. If they can't change than it's not really there fault so he will just move on.
It's why he doesn't say tell Mimzy to stop useing him. He thinks she can't becuase it's in her nature. This is why when him and Vox where close he never established boundaries. Because if Vox is just like that there's no changeing him. This is why he doesn't hold Rosie's actions aginst her. She can't help being like that it's her nature.
This of corse is fundamentally the opposite of how Charlie thinks and that's the point.

I've had such a good time with hazbin so far and I do have faith that season three will be good but I also know we are so far past the start of the story that some things will change permanently. Some characters won't make it and some characters will get more time than others. Some wants are ultimately personal and really shouldn't be held against the show but that doesn't mean getting a win there wouldn't be a dream and that losing something you were hopeful for isn't painful. I am always lucky so I think I will get a lot of what I want, plenty I didn't know I wanted, and a few choices I can live with. But gosh, I know that if I was forced to pick a sinner to lose I'd feel like that character needed more time no matter what. It's gonna be insane because we lose the mystery to some characters and it's been such a long time coming.
*rolls the dice* Angeldust and Husk making it to season four as sinner is so so so so so so so possible. It's possible don't laugh ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.
