Something I don't see mentioned often, is that Alastor straight up mocks people for things he's not happy with about himself
Alastor fusses with Husks ears because he knows Husk hates it when he does. And what do we now know? Alastor also hates when the person Holding his leash does the same to him.
And speaking of Alastor treating Husk like Rosie treats him
Alastor 100% projects his treatment onto Husk. He feels powerless against Rosie, but he does have Power over Husk. It's like a cycle of generational trauma
But it's not just how Rosie treats him that Alastor imitates with others
((This is going to be another long one, so please keep reading what's under the read more tag to see more parallels))
Any disrespect people show him, he pays it forward. He takes what he knows pisses himself off and applies it to others for maximum damage. He treats others how he is treated.
I'm not saying this excuses his behaviour mind you. Alastor is an awful person, and that just comes natural to him, but he is a master at turning his own insecurities around and weaponizing them against others.
A big example of that?
He mocks Vox for wanting/needing help. But Alastor got the majority of his power because Alastor also asked for help.
Alastor just keeps the fact that he needed help a secret. He's too prideful to admit that he couldn't have pulled off his extremely fast rise to power by himself.
This wording also is very interesting, considering season 2 gave us two different examples of people literally stinging alastor along, with him being powerless to do anything about it.
And both instances are positions he put himself in. He made both the deals that let others use him as a puppet.
He has shown he's willing to play the long game to get what he wants, and will even sacrifice his own pride an dignity as long as he is sure it will benefit him in the long run.
Rosie clearly gave Alastor his power back for the finale, but I doubt he sold his soul again.
And by Alastor's own admission, Rosie was holding him back.
Which means his fight with Vox is the only time Alastor has ever truly been able to tap into his full power without Rosie's chain holding him back.
Season 3 might be where we finally truly get see who The Radio Demon actually is when he's not being held back.
Presumably he's now working with Rosie's as an equal to achieve a mutually beneficial goal. A goal that we still have no idea about yet, but Rosie was sure that the hotel, or Charlie, would be able to help achieve.

I saw a post by @/usagimimichu on TikTok using this song. Please go see theirās because it had me kicking my feet and cackling! I had to try it. Perfect Isnāt Easy is a song Iād love to see this funny lil man animated to.
When you really think about it, Charlie prioritizing sinners, these objectively horrible people, over her actual people, the natives of Hell who are struggling to make it in the Pride Ring, especially with human souls ending up in Hell and causing an overpopulation crisis requiring annual exterminations, is kinda fucked up. And the way she goes about her delusions adds insult to injury.
