Oh, I definitely remember Shakky! It was a reaction to the empress revelation, for I really didn't see that one coming.
What I didn't know was the Rayleigh's wife -part. Checked from the wiki, and that seems to have mixed information on that particular matter: apparently, in the manga, she referred to him as "person of my household", so marriage is a logical conclusion, but it could mean simply living together, especially since Oda called them friends in a databook (or so the wiki says.) Well, they're shippable either way.
