Outside, the freezing winter air took absolute dominance over the estate. Sukuna sit behind his wife; she was eight months pregnant with their firstborn. You are covered with sukuna’s black yukata to keep away the cold.

“are you comfortable?” sukuna asked.

“yes sukuna.” you answered your husband’s question with a satisfied sigh.

Sukuna rest his chin on your shoulder, his large palms covering your heavy bump. As if the baby sensing their father’s touch, the baby inside your belly give a tiny, gentle swish.

“sukuna..I’ve been thinking about baby’s name for our child.” you looked at him and instinctively wrapping your arms around his neck.

“hm? tell me about it.” sukuna’s tightened his grip around you and his salmon pink hair brushing against your cheek.

“do you think [baby name] will fit?” you asked.

his four crimson eyes softened just a fraction when he looked down at his wife who’s sitting on his lap.

“i think the baby’s name fits with whatever you want to name it.”

“oh hush, help me for a second.”

“my love, i’m telling the truth.”

Your heart swelled with so much warmth every time he called you “my love”. Even when you and him already married for years, you still blushed at the thought of that.

“there’s only one month left and I’m still nervous for our baby to come.” you said with slight worry and nervousness.

“Don’t worry my love.” Sukuna whispered lovingly into your ear, his voice dropping into a soft, steady rumble. Whether it’s today or next month, I’m here beside you.”

You closed your eyes, melting back into his chest with a peaceful smile and surrounded by your husband’s rich scent makes you felt completely ready for the big day.
