When it comes to getting stuff done, most of the time, it’s not actually about the fact that the task is hard to do…it’s that we haven’t set ourselves up to make it easy. What I mean by that is…if you put your vitamins by the sink and by your toothbrush, then there’s that visual reminder to take them every time you brush your teeth. Therefore, that task becomes easy. ✅ What we often DON’T do is take the time to think about “how do I make this task super easy so that I set myself up for success?” If you don’t have a plan when it comes to your workout for example, what workout outfit you will wear, what workout you’re going to push play on, and when you’re going to push play, there’s a good chance that you’re not gonna do it. Why? Because you’re not making it easy for yourself! Instead of making it so hard, let’s make it so damn easy that you can’t NOT push play! So make a plan and schedule it in daily. A business meeting with yourself that is MAN-DA-TORY! ✅ Because when you set yourself up for success and make it easy, there’s less resistance in actually pushing play and getting it done.
