After filming a video on my experience of journaling for a year, I began contemplating the amount of growth that took place. I went from feeling helpless and alone to creating a space where people can connect and share their experiences in a nurturing environment. The amount of shadow work and self-reflection that took place is unreal. I covered codependency, imposter syndrome, self-esteem, and so many other psychological topics that helped me heal through writing. Spiritually I discussed my Merkabah, balancing my masculine and feminine energies, and facilitating a connection between the newly accepted fragments that make up my being. I'll review the other topics I covered in future posts if you guys are interested. Anyways, this rumination led to a massive mental and spiritual glow up, and I'm not even done yet ππ₯ We're still at the beginning stages of this character arc π ππ§π½ββοΈπ§©
