Tell me why Avon happy mail hits different. A little note from a friend, a sweet message from someone you love, a surprise from your person - it just warms the whole day.
Valentine's day isn't only roses and chocolates; sometimes it's simply sharing a little Avon joy to remind someone you're thinking of them.

A shout out to everyone embracing self-care as a form of self-love.👏🌿💖🙌🌸😌💆♀️🧘♂️🌻🌞✨
Rain on the rooftop, the laughter of babies, string instruments: these are a few of my favorite sounds. I'm aware that not everyone has the same ability with hearing, but if you can use hearing for self care here are some of my ideas. White noise can be relaxing and it can even help some people sleep. If you prefer nature sounds or even the sounds of being in a cafe while staying at home you can find all sorts of options using your phone. Another self care option for hearing would be unwinding by listening to your favorite music or a podcast. What ways do you use sound and hearing for self care? The only way to succeed is to take care yourself. 💕 It's perfectly fine if you need to add a toy or two during partnered intimacy.
I had the most overwhelming day yesterday to be honest it all started about Wednesday. The climax was yesterday. I was walking through Target and I imagined myself taking jars off the shelves and breaking them on the floor. I imagined employees being called to come clean up the mess and escort me out of the store. I’m not sure what that was! Is that anxiety is that a panic attack is that just full on psycho I didn’t do it or course. I kept shopping for my items and focusing on my breath and trying to understand where these feelings were coming from. I took on too much this week! I over scheduled myself. I fell back into an old pattern of behavior. I said yes to too much. You know how it is though, you say yes to one thing weeks back and then something else a couple weeks later and then this week comes and you’re like ok yes I have time in my calendar Friday morning for that. But then you realize you still need to grocery shop and eat and sleep and you seem to run out of time for everything. I talk a lot about how I am a yes person and I tend to take on more than I can mentally handle often especially pre-C but I feel like stay at home orders and 2020 taught me a lot. But we know growth and healing isn’t alway linear. The universe tests us often. I haven’t had much time for self-care lately, I haven’t meditated enough and I have hardly been on my mat. I know how these things catch up to me but I still often say oh I will do that tomorrow but when tomorrow comes something else fills the space. What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Or is that something you don’t experience? #aloboutactsofkindness Hosts: @jenbellyoga @yoginiquely.christine @handstandidaho @yogainthe_barn @leapoffaith_yoga @imlisa Sponsors: @aloyoga @alomoves #wideleggedforwardfold #seatedforwardfold #selfcarelove (at Arizona) https://www.instagram.com/p/CV8yAuhPLhj/?utm_medium=tumblr
Relax, breathe, emerge - The bath oil edit
The healing power of bathing is second to none, but combining my baths with aromatherapy oils has been transformative. My soaks are now nurturing escapes to support my mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
Here are my top three favourite bath oils;
Morning Revive
As I step droopy-eyed into the shower, it’s this magical elixir which brings me to life in the most beautiful way. Perky but not in an annoying ‘phone alarm’ kind of way. Its notes of grapefruit and juniper berry gives me the boost I need to feel revived and ready for the day ahead.
Support Equilibrium
The name alone has me wanting to be best friends with this bottle of goodness. Uplifting and supportive, its healing power lies in a blend of Geranium, Rose and Frankincense.
De-Stress Mind
Wild chamomile from Roman and English fields? Need I say more? This is the most restoring blend of oils which leave me feeling calm, centered and clear of mind.
I follow Aromatherapy Associates advice by massaging oil all over before stepping into my bath and enhance the benefits further by cupping my hands to my face and inhaling deeply three times.
