OKAY. So I came home from school and I was dead tired bc I went to theater after school to and we played games and wtv. And I looked in the mirror and acne…WHO PUT THAT THERE PICTURE DAY IS TOMMROW.

Soo I did what any good loa girly would do and I said “my skin is so clear today.” Then I promptly passed out. Woke up around 8 and went to go get somthing to consume.

to all skincare gurus and to the ones who just want to maintain clear, clean, healthy and glowy skin :

double cleanse every night when doing skincare before bed. the first cleanse (oil-based) dissolves makeup, sunscreen, any dirt that may cling to your skin throughout the day. the second cleanse (water-based) lifts away sweat, dirt and remaining residue. this leaves your skin truly clean!

wash your hands before washing your face. this is important to prevent dirt and germs from transferring to your face. washing your hands also protects your skincare products from being contaminated with dirty fingers.

focus on gut health. one of the major keys to achieving radiant skin is to prioritize your diet! this could be drinking warm lemon water on an empty stomach every morning and cutting out greasy meals & sugary drinks. it all starts within. remember to stay hydrated!

know and adapt to your skin type. identify your correct skin type and use products that are tailor made for your skin. aligning your skincare products with your skin type helps to avoid irritation, breakouts, and worse skin conditions.

exfoliate/face mask once a week. think of it as a weekly deep cleaning. regular exfoliating and face masks improves the skin tone and texture. exfoliation clears the path for fresh, radiant skin. face masks create a clean canvas. making these a weekly habit will lead to brighter and healthier skin, i promise!
