Actually looked at what I was knitting and got wonder struck for a moment of how NICE it looked.
This collar sort of works as designed and looks kind of okay. Feels overwhelming. Gonna rip back and pick up & knit a crew neck/ mock turtleneck.
There aren’t any tutorials showing how to do a twisted rib in the double knitting technique, so I thought I’d show it off.
It’s a little bit tricky because of the weird colour control, but as long as you follow the pattern & remember to split the yarn colours on the second set of stitches you can easily fall into a nice rhythm.
Now I sit here in reflection chamber (They turned me down)..Crafting the world its next new savior

Aughhh I loved the parallel from the pilot and newest episode with the mirror scene hehehee

First time ever blocking something I've knit and I'm honestly terrified!! The pattern is pretty much improv and to hopefully make a pocket to fit my new Kindle I bought for my birthday. 3x3 ribbing on the ends and just garter stitch for the body. I measured it with the Kindle just holding it up so I know with the stretch of blocking it'll definitely fit. I just need to seam up the sides which I've left myself plenty of tail on either end to do so. I also want to get a button and make a way to keep it closed but that's a later me problem
