Drop it like a Squat! 😂 Ladies and Gentlemen, the "Reverse Hack Squat" as demonstrated by Yours Truly. Here's how it's done: 1) Start light. Use at least half the weight you'd use for a leg press to start. Position yourself facing the pad and shoulders up against the front of the shoulder pads. Keep your head up. Don't look down! I keep my eyes looking just over the head rest if possible. 2) Your feet should be slightly wider than shoulder width apart on the bottom of the platform, toes pointed slightly out. 3) Push up to take the weight off the stack, use your hands to hold the side handles of the machine tight to the shoulder pads. This is the starting position. 4) Slowly lower the weight down until your butt is slightly lower than your knees (lower than 90 degrees). Sit back and keep back from rounding. Keep your weight in your heels, and make sure knees track with hips and ankles and your knees don't track out over your toes. Save your knees the stress. Do it right the first time. 5) Pause, and then push the weight back up to the starting position without locking your knees at the top. Repeat for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps. #rachelelizabeth #causefitness #reversehacksquat #glutes #shesquats #bootywork #legday ◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️ For more free lifestyle fitness and nutrition articles, recipes, a free real food grocery list, and details on all of my online coaching and personal training options visit and subscribe to:🔸www.causefitness.com🔸
