No plan today just wanted to train as I haven't been able to much recently! Hit shoulders for the first time in a long time then decided to do deadlifts again after Monday and work just on form did 3x5 with 180kg/396lbs thinking less about bracing my upper back and feels better back looks flatter also trained abs and calfs afterwards make sure my core strong and not causing me to be in a bad position. #rehab #deadlifts #workinprogress (at Future Fitness)
