Nowadays it's very easy for me not eating without feeling guilty. 5 2 diet, 16 hours fasting diet, etc.. Probably I have quite distorted image of diet trends - they are absurd. Those diet trends rather promote to stop eating than eat healthy. But that works in my favour. It gives me the wrong impression that not eating is a good thing. So, I can skip dinner without feeling guilty. Why do I have to cook if I don't have to eat?
