Ingredients: 4 chicken thighs. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 4 cloves black garlic, minced. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken thighs, skin side down, until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Flip chicken thighs and cook for another 2 minutes. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine minced black garlic, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, dried thyme, onion powder, and garlic powder. Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the chicken thighs drizzled with the black garlic cream sauce and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
