Ingredients: 1 lb ground steak. 2 cups mashed potatoes. 1/4 cup finely chopped onions. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1 egg. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for topping.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine ground steak, mashed potatoes, onions, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and let it melt. Toast the burger buns on the grill until lightly browned. Assemble your burgers with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments on the toasted buns. Serve hot and enjoy!
