tappy has gone from protagonist to antagonist, and is the one archie has the most firm hold on in terms of script n all that jazz

abilities like this include breathing fire, incredibly good hearing, very keen smell, and popping slips/grogs/models alike with a single touch 

his fire breath has melted through the front of his chest/throat, stained his teeth, burned his bow, and caused his clay to become brittle

his clay is stuck so close to his armature that he looks skeletal bc he’s essentially been “stretched” into this form- he has no extra clay to supplement a larger armature/foil inside 

he needs magic to keep himself alive/strengthen himself like this

his tail blade and claws are EXTREMELY sharp, and can cut up the walls/etc around him 

his back hooves are made of metal still, and the distinctive click they make is basically his calling card. you hear it? either run or hide

he has a line of spikes down his back that were just kinda. jammed in there. they prick up to attention if he’s sensed something

he’s blind rip

chell is missing her face, horns, and toga, all of which were stolen by stella 

her neck/top of her torso are all cracked and broken bc stella literally ripped her face off- and stella was not gentle doing that 

her wings are all ripped up because stella tried to steal the fabric to use for her own wings- the resulting swatches were too small to be useful, so she’s just. left with wiring and fabric scraps :/

she’s got a towel/rope for an outfit

she’s pretty much a vacant shell.  she’s missing a significant amount of pieces, but she’s not quite dead, nor can she “destabilize” into a big ol glob of clay since she’s a ball jointed doll. no character, no role, she’s just sort of. there.

axel has been turned into a marionette by stella, hence the puppetlike pose and barbed wire “strings”

he had those claws shoved into his clay, they bent up his armature and deformed his paws :(

his overalls/tail fluff was stolen. presumably for extra fabric parts for stella 

he has no eyes, and his mouth was sewn shut... until it flopped back open and broke the seams
