Rottnest island scallops, pickled cucumber, red pepper mayo; aud8 each from Manuka Woodfire Kitchen, Fremantle. Love the pickled cucumber though felt there was too much mayo which overpowered the sweetness of the scallop. This was the least impressive dish (not because it wasn’t good but because all the other dishes were so good - comparatively, this was least value-for-money as the size of the scallops were quite small). In hindsight, for the same amount of money of four scallops ($32), ordering the Dorper lamb would have been more worth it.
