Mein philippinisches Weihnachtsessen in #Berlin: Pancit Canton (Nudeln), Chicken Adobo (selbstgemacht; Hähnchen in Essig und Sojasoße), Lechon Kawali (selbstgemacht; gebratener Schweinebauch), gebratener Reis mit Knoblauch, Edamer Käse (irgendwie typisch für #Weihnachten in den #Philippinen)... und Stollen, weil ich in #Deutschland bin. Ach, und natürlich #RedHorseBeer dazu! #Weihnachten #philippinisch // My #Filipino #Christmas dinner in Berlin! Pancit Canton (noodles), Chicken Adobo (self-made; chicken in vinegar and soy sauce), Lechon Kawali (self-made; deep-fried pork belly), Edam cheese (which is oddly typical for Christmas in the #Philippines, but as Queso de Bola).... and Stollen, coz I'm in #Germany. Oh, and of course I've got #RedHorse Beer!
