These baked macaroni and cheese appetizer bites are the perfect finger food for any occasion. They're cheesy, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside.
Ingredients: 1 cup cooked macaroni. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup milk. 1 egg. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put cooked macaroni, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix everything together well. Cooking spray should be used on the mini muffin tin. Put a small amount of the mac and cheese mix into each muffin cup. Place in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and set. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve. Have fun!
