Favorite Champions!
Omekamon, Sangloupmon, and Xiquemon. it was awkward trying to fit these three together but I couldn't settle on one or two 👉👈
Cool.
A bit late but Happy Halloween!! 🎃
Revising my Liberator RPG idea
Pteromon to Zephagamon
A magic knight with powerful wind attacks. He has great speed and some support skills for boosting everyone's speed. Mostly a duelist type emphasizing single target attacks for boss fights
Muchomon to MedievalGallantmon
Another magic knight, but more support focused. He has a more generalized stat spread so he can be built differently for multiple strategies. Can amp up everyone's magic attacks
Elizamon to Medusamon
A red mage type character who can do a little bit of everything. She can use physical and magic attacks as well as poisoning, paralyzing, or petrifying enemies. She even gets single target healing
Shoemon to Cendrillmon
The team's glass cannon. She has the strongest physical attacks, but is less durable. She can summon familiars to add onto her attack combos. She can provide a party attack buff with her dances
Sangomon to Ryugumon
Main healer for the team. She has access to single and party healing skills, can cure debuffs, and revive the party. While she is a healer, her water attacks are no joke and hit like a tsunami
Ghostmon to Necromon
The dark magic nuke. He can cast massive dark magic to obliterate the enemy team. Sacrifices his HP to increase his magic power. In addition to dark magic, he can revive allies but only one by one
Sunarizamon to Pyramidimon
The team's tank. He builds up barriers out of stone to mitigate physical damage and uses quicksand traps to make enemies miss their turn. His earthquakes are devastating
Impmon to Heavymetaldramon
An explosive damage dealer. He decimates the battlefield with darkness, fire, electricity, and sonic booms. His deafening sound waves disorient the enemy team and decrease their speed
Funbeemon to Queenbeemon
Master tactician. Her hive can support the party in their offensive or defensive formation. Her main role is strategic, but her use of rapid artillery is not to be underestimated
Agumon to Dinomon
A bulky brawler with firepower. He makes up for his poor speed with high defenses and powerful AOE fire attacks. His fiery rampages can meltdown the enemy's defenses
Penguinmon to Skadimon
The magical ice monarch. They're also kinda slow, but they are great at surviving magic attacks. Their snowstorms can cripple the enemy's ability to take magic attacks
Blucomon to Hexeblaumon
A paladin wielding ice. He is useful as a mage killer with decent resistance and good physical attacks. One of his skills is setting up ice barriers to ward off enemy magics
Espimon to Invisimon
A stealthy cyborg. He can raise his evasive skills to avoid attacks before countering with his own machine attacks. He takes advantage of his cloaking ability to sabotage the enemy's attack
Hanimon to Kaguyamon
The celestial moon maiden. She can unleash holy attacks, and summon attendants to provide healing or revivals for allies if they take damage. Her psychic abilities can weaken the enemy's magic
Bemmon to Ragnamon
An assassin type character. They can pinpoint the enemy's weakpoint to deliver terrifying critical hits. Every kill amplifies their power and speed. They have no support skills. They're all offense
Omekamon to Omnimon X
A true leader. He possesses special skills for physical and magic damage. As the team's mentor, he has access to full party heals and revivals and is the only one who can buff their critical hit rate

Cool Boy BT20-091 Alternative Art
Digimon Liberator armor evolutions pt 3
The last (for now at least) set of original armor Digivolutions I designed for the cast of Digimon Liberator. Links to previous parts at the bottom.
Omekamon with the Digimental of Hope becomes Omekamon Alter-H. It sought to further emulate its idol Omagamon by using the a Digimental to enhance its power. Though it is still not particularly mighty, it holds onto the hope that it will one day become a great hero capable of saving anyone in need.
Pteromon with the Digimental of Miracles become Faravahamon. It is a mighty champion of the Vortex Warriors who appears in times of crisis and uses the power of miracles to win against impossible odds. The shield it wears can produce a whirlwind by spinning the blades that emerge from its rim.
Maquinamon with the Digimental of Destiny/Fate becomes Yaldamon. It believes it is the God of the Digital World and is destined to one day rule it. In truth, it is a mere mockery of divinity deluded into thinking itself all-powerful. It seeks access to the Kernel and should it reach it, disaster would surely follow.
I gave Cool Boy the Digimental of Hope because of him working to fix both Lacuna and Cross Connectia and being the one to convince Dalphomon to help out instead of giving into fatalism. Omekamon's armor evolution was the last one I drew because I couldn't come up with any good ideas. Even with what I came up with, It might not be creative enough. I do like how I put cheap versions of Magnamon and Rapidmon Gold's heads on the arms to make this a more armor version of Omekamon's theme.
Cool Boy was originally going to get Miracles, but the last few chapters of Liberator convinced me that Shoto should get it. Since he also got Courage this means he's doubling up on power-ups like a true protagonist. Faravahamon's name comes from the Faravahar, an eagle symbol from Zoroastrianism often associated with souls that is believed by archaeologists to have descended from early winged sun symbols. I made the winged sun into Faravahamon's chest piece and shield symbol. Its mace also looks like the Digimental. I wanted to make this design distinct enough that it doesn't just look like green Magamon with wings and hopefully I succeeded.
I gave Unchained the Digimental of Destiny due to their belief that they are the only one who can save the Digimon of Lacuna and Cross Connectia, even if it's by turning them all into Maquinamon. Maquinamon's final forms really emphasize it as being a false angel/god, si I played into that by basing Yaldamon on the Gnostic demiurge. In Gnosticism, the demiurge is the creator of the world who believes itself to be all-powerful, but is unaware that it's actually a false god who is a screw-up that fucked up making the world. One name for the demiurge is Yaldabaoth, which is where Yaldamon's name came from. The demiurge was often depicted as a snake with a lion's head, which i referenced by making one of Yaldamon's tails a snake and giving its organic half a lion-like mane were references to this. Yaldamon's angelic traits, like one wing and the halo, being artificial is more references to the idea of a false god believing its own lies.
