Ingredients:
150g Porridge oats (Jumbo oats work best for texture)
125g Fresh or frozen raspberries
60ml Coconut oil, melted
85g Clear honey
20g Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
70g Almonds, roughly chopped
35g Sunflower seeds
20g Chia seeds
Decoration:
White chocolate, melted (for that signature drizzle)
Instructions:
Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, press firmly into a lined 20cm (8-inch) square tin, and freeze for at least 1 hour until set. Once firm, lift out, slice, and get creative with your white chocolate drizzles! 🔪✨
