Hi guys Iām back with another masterpost which is a collab with Juliet from @julstudies , she is going to do a masterpost on morning routine, so check her out. So without further delay letās get started -
So, how to make an after school routine?
For making one after school routine you have to consider many things
Ć how much time do you have left after school
Ć do you have marching band or any classes
Ć what kind of tasks you get on regular basis
Now, keeping these things divide the hours you have according to how much time you want to dedicate to each tasks, letās take my routine for example -
I get home nearly about 2:00,2:30pm depending on the bus timings, then I read till 2:15 and have lunch and relax till 3:00 , after that I get ready for my class, I have class from 4:00 to 6:00. After this I get home relax and do my bujo, homework etc. And around 10:30 or 11:00 I go to sleep.
On few days I have school till 6:00 in evening, so, my routine changes, in summer vacation ,my schedule gets messed up. So you can fit your tasks accordingly.
Some Tips
Ć after you get back home, read for 15min and then do general stuff like washing face, having food etc. This will put you in productive state.
Ć after you get your general stuff done, relax a bit and make a list of homework you have to do and stuff like ātake notesā
Ć get everything you need, water, food, stationery, books etc
Ć start early - this is very important but me being a professional procrastinator end up late and in a panic situation.
Ć if you have classes after school, make a list of things you have to do for the classes.
Ć I generally do stuff before dinner so I have time to relax
Ć I pack my stuff for school for next school day the night before to save time in the morning .
Ć if you have access to any sort of library or cafe, by all means go there and study as suggested by @studywithinspo
Ć I generally clean my desk , bed or pack my bag just before going to sleep.
This concludes 7 masterpost in my back to school series ,bye guys I hope you enjoy the master post. Photo courtesy - Google Images
