honestly, there's not a lot of hope i personally have for this event at this point, because we always have people who are still waiting for ages after the posting period ends, because the people who signed up to participate either do not let us know until the last minute that they will be dropping out, or we get complete and total radio silence. we have had people who never want to participate again because of experiences like this in past years. its discouraging and unfair to the people who created something for the event and expected something in return. if you sign up, you should be prepared to follow through, or at least let us know plenty of time in advance if you cannot participate anymore.

the mods will be having some discussions about the future of this event, because there has got to be some way to avoid this happening in the future-- it gets worse every year we host this. thank you to everyone who is being so patient, and i'm so terribly sorry to anyone who hasn't gotten their fill yet. it is unfair to you, and it shouldn't have happened like this. like i said, i'm working on some of them, and they should be done within a few days, if all goes to plan.

re: set up choices

for ilitw mc, noah to be the ghost, have mc’s LI be connor, and keep ONLY dan alive, annihilate everyone else. be a homewrecker. encourage the noah/mc and the dan/mc romance (noah/mc is more painful than the second one so ultimately go for that one, but also encourage dan/mc)

for ilb mc, kill mc, have parker leave, and keep mc’s LI alive, but kill someone else.

for rowan, live out your sluttiest fantasies. romance EVERYONE as much as possible (you don’t need to choose any smut options, though! and, if you do, you can choose to fade to black <3), but especially flirt with matthias and with lincoln at the same time. go for an aggressive personality, avoid lore docs and special items (like when visiting the witches or the river death, courtesy from yours truly and my pride and joy). ruin your relationship with the others as much as possible, by choosing options that they obviously won’t like, making the wrong choices during combat or letting the timer run out so that you’ll die/get injured/let the characters get injured (e.g., don’t help abel when he gets attacked by the student)
