As much as I dont like the film adaptation of Stephen King's Thinner I do think its quite funny how they changed so many lines just to come off fatphobic or unintentionally feedist bc the scene where he commits vehicular manslaughter is changed to being after a dinner he and his wife attend with his boss and his wife and all we see of this dinner is Billy being absolutely stuffed and still reaching for dessert that a waiter is bringing past them
Then in the car ride home he tells his wife he just cant stop thinking about food and THAT'S when she goes down on him unprovoked (leading to him committing vehicular manslaughter-)
