Morning Saturation: Wasn't able to do this immediately after I woke up, so I completed it after my fencing training. Felt good to set intentions for my day!!

Afternoon Saturation: Because I'm in school all day during the week (I'm homeschooled), I listened to a saturation tape and felt really confident.

Nighttime Saturation: I said rampaged while I was meditating on my back, got a lot of tingles. But something that pisses me off whenever I try to shift/meditate is that if I'm comfortable, I fall asleep, so I attempt in a slightly uncomfy position to put my body to sleep while my mind is awake. But for SOME REASON, when I feel I'm really close, my body starts screaming at me to roll over, and all of a sudden I'm the most uncomfortable person in the world. So I gave in and rolled over, and yes, I fell asleep within seconds, AGAIN RAHHH.
