I took a nap after my first shifting attempt to my better cr (it almost worked really fast except I sneezed and got transported back to my cr body)

So I was having a dream about MHA, where we were chasing down Bakugo in the fucking sky idk. He was using his explosions to kind of fly while I hitched a ride on a girl who used her hair to fly after him. The we got destabilised by something and she lost her grip on me and I started falling towards the ground of a random warehouse and omg.

It was so scary I'm not even joking, I was kinda spinning on my way down and it made me so dizzy but more and more aware. And I remembered panicking about how I could break my fall with my hydrokinesis before I consciously decided hell nah closed my eyes and somehow 'shifted' back to my cr. I shifted back but my body was kinda stuck in sleep paralysis, but it gave me time to calm down.

My heart was RACING bro. I calmed down and when I tried moving my body in sleep paralysis, i could only move my feet. And it twitched once and suddenly I'm back in my bed properly because I felt like I was kinda of floating. Maybe I was in the void state.. idk. I've never tried void state methods (I kinda just freestyle my methods) so I don't know what being in the void feels like exactly.

Anyway 1/10 for the experience. I'm afraid of heights and it scared to SHIT out of me. But I'm happy I've been getting closer and closer.

So, last night I tried meditating beforehand AND putting on a shifting subliminal ( this one ). While I was listening to the sub, i tried to imagine my DR and with really no method, I was counting up to 100, using 5 senses, etc but still no results. Still honestly might be user error.

I first tried the julia method which didnt give me much results but I did feel something, while i was mentally counting i felt extremally calm and collected and my body felt much lighter than ever. When I finished counting and began reciting affirmations, it did not work sadly but i felt that calmness still and it was honestly refreshing. I might try this again tonight.

I tried this one multiple times, and once with affirmations in the background, and it was definetly the closest ive gotten in a while. while i still didnt shift, i still felt grounded and i almost did shift. i could feel my bodys reactions and it felt like i was disconnecting from myself entirely and becoming pure consciousness. Honestly great feeling minus the sand on the floor bc i havent vaccumed in a while,,

hello!! ik i posted my intro like 3 mins ago but wtv,, i wanted to document my shifting attempts last night ( that failed :cc )

my first attempt was me just lying down and repeating affirmations in my mind , which clearly didnt work.. it was about 5-10 minutes of me trying this until i was like "brah ts isnt working wth" so i got back up and started searching for a method to use instead of rawdogging it.

i actually tried a guided shifting video i found off of tiktok this time and it almost worked. ill link it here. i lowwwkey hit the void state but i was feeling hella symptoms and decided to dip because i was getting really nervous and my head felt weird. i probably shouldve kept trying but its too late for that now ,,

Everyday now for abt over a week Vivien has been in my dreams…. He just have a short cameo in each one and yet the parts of him is the only parts I remember… maybe this is a sign I am getting closer ? :’3

There’s no reason to truly stress about shifting, when it’s such a natural state of being and subconscious that we possess everyday of our lives we’re too afraid to admit to ourselves that shifting is truly embedded in us. We are pure consciousness and energy.
