Hey so, I know you said how you didn't want to just give it away in writing, but it's been a while, and I've just been dying to know more about it, so I gotta ask, what's the deal behind Accel's cheerleader painter get-up?

Glad to hear you want know/see more about MBR Accel. I must admit that what I do have planned regarding that design/identity has been on the backburner since I first posted the concept, and it is something I hope to get back to sooner rather than later. Hopefully later this month.
I still want to keep it under wraps for now; but if it helps, what I can do in the meantime is post this:

More doodles following the first set from a few days back.
(Here's a clue as to what is the basis/backstory for this new/alternate outfit for Accel--the red stuff in doodle 5 that's dripping from Accel's pom-poms is red paint!)

The way this design came about is a bit of a long story that I actually want to present in an art format (since it does have something of a backstory/leadup to it, and it has a bunch of connected ideas I want to explore with it as well). It's actually to the point that I don't want to make a long story short and fully explain it in writing. So it goes without saying that these doodles are really just more of a introduction to the broader concept. Feel free to speculate what exactly this design is all about in the meantime, though!
