I did today what I thought was once impossible on the Met stairs. X3 in a row up(856 steps) all under 6min. 5m49s then 5m49sec then last lap in 5m39sec. So I got faster on my final lap which was my goal today. Tired after but so amped that I was able to do this today. First lap was warmup in a little over 11min so I really did 4 laps. 160 floors total. 2000 feet of elevation gain in less then 40min. All on my lunch hour. πͺπ£ Lastly, no coughing for me after. That is the best thing I got out of today.
