Another attempt to Oat Bread. I reduced the hydration b/c in order to get a better texture. My oats can't contain that much water. Furthermore I added roasted sesame and sunflower seeds. This 100% oats with 20%Quinoa seeds. An oat sourdough starter was used for a pre-ferment(4hrs oncounter & 12hrs in fridge). Apple yeast water as hydration for the dough. 2hrs bulk, 1hrs proofing.
