With a burst of fresh lemon flavor in every bite, these lemon sunburst brownies are a fun take on regular brownies. They're great for making any event more fun or satisfying your citrus cravings.
Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 1/3 cup lemon juice. 1 tablespoon lemon zest. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, lemon juice, lemon zest, melted butter, and eggs. Stir until well combined. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Cut into squares and serve.

Super lemony, super yummy, super moist, and allergy-friendly! This weekend we baked lemon brownies. Lemon is one of my favorite flavors anytime of the year.
