If you like apple pie flavors and the look of a tart, this Upside-Down Apple Tart is a great dessert for you. The flaky puff pastry and caramelized apples make a beautiful presentation that's great for any event.
Ingredients: 1 sheet of puff pastry. 3 large apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Melt the butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Spice it up with salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Mix it well by stirring it until the sugar is gone and it's smooth. Take it off the heat and add the lemon juice. Put apple slices in a circle at the bottom of a tart pan or pie dish that has been greased. Spread the apples out evenly with the butter and sugar mixture. If you want, you can sprinkle chopped nuts on top of the apple mixture. Put the apples on top of the puff pastry and tuck the edges in. Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and is crispy. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a while. Carefully flip the tart over onto a plate for serving. If you want, you can serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.

Indulge in the rich flavors of walnut and salted caramel with this exquisite tart. The buttery crust provides the perfect base for the luscious caramel filling, topped with crunchy walnuts and a sprinkle of sea salt flakes.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup walnuts, chopped. 1 cup granulated sugar. 6 tablespoons unsalted butter. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put flour, cold cubed butter, powdered sugar, and salt in a food processor. Pulse the ingredients together until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Put the dough in a 9-inch tart pan with a bottom that can be taken out and press it into the bottom and up the sides. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Set the tart pan on a baking sheet. If you want the crust to be lightly golden, blind bake it for 15 to 20 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down. Melt the granulated sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring it all the time, until it turns a deep amber color. Put in the butter and mix it in until it melts and is well mixed in. Carefully add the heavy cream while stirring all the time. Cook for another two to three minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and has thickened. Take it off the heat and add the chopped walnuts. Put the caramel-walnut mix into the tart shell that has been left to cool. Use a spatula to make the top smooth. Add sea salt flakes to the tart's top. Put the tart in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve it. Cut it up and serve it cold. Have fun!

Indulge in the delightful combination of fresh strawberries, creamy filling, and buttery crust with this strawberry cream pie tart. It's a perfect treat for any occasion!
Ingredients: 1 pre-made pie crust. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced. 1/4 cup strawberry jam.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Press the pre-made pie crust into a tart pan, trimming any excess dough. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Allow to cool completely. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust. Arrange the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer. In a small saucepan, heat the strawberry jam over low heat until melted and smooth. Brush the melted jam over the strawberries. Refrigerate the tart for at least 1 hour before serving.
