Ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Lemon wedges for serving.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Garlic powder, olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Put the shrimp in the bowl and toss them around so that they are covered in the mixture all over. Put the shrimp on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all at once. Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed and leaves chopped. 6 cups vegetable broth. 1 cup gnocchetti pasta. 1 lemon, zest and juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, for garnish.
Instructions: Put olive oil in a big pot and heat it over medium-low heat. It will take about 5 minutes of cooking after adding the chopped onion and garlic. Put in chopped Swiss chard leaves and cook for three minutes, until the leaves wilt. Add the vegetable broth and boil it. Add the gnocchetti pasta and cook according to the directions on the package. This should take about 5 to 7 minutes. Add lemon zest and juice to the cooked pasta after it's done. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve hot with fresh parsley on top. Have fun with your gnocchetti, chard, and lemon soup that is vegan!

Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a food processor, pulse together flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and salt. Add diced butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add cold water, pulsing until dough comes together. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into rounds to fit tart molds. Press dough into molds. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour lemon mixture into tart shells, filling each about 3/4 full. Bake tarts in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until filling is set and crust is golden brown. Allow tarts to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced. 4 large eggs. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice. 2 tablespoons lemon zest. 1/4 cup heavy cream. Confectioners' sugar, for dusting.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put flour, confectioners' sugar, and salt in a food processor and blend them together. Pulse in the chilled butter until the mixture looks like big crumbs. Fill a 9-inch tart pan with the dough and press it into the bottom and up the sides. For 15 to 20 minutes, or until just barely golden. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down. Whisk the eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and heavy cream together in a bowl until everything is well mixed. Put the lemon mixture into the tart shell that has been left to cool. The filling should be set after 25 to 30 minutes in the oven. Let the tart cool all the way down before covering it with confectioners' sugar. Cut the lemon tart into pieces and enjoy!
