Are you using your bands the right way? ⚡ . The more of these you can check, the better : . ✔️Make sure that you're contracting the muscles you're hitting, build that mind-muscle connection ✔️Always keep tension on the band ✔️Go through a full range of motion, if the band doesn't allow that, try to move closer (ex.
